Big O Tires

I brought my car in for an oil change before 11 am on 3/29. Called beforehand and was given a 2-2.5 hour estimate. Didn't hear anything by 2 so called again at 2:10 and was told it hadn't gone in yet and would be ready by 3-3:15. I showed up at 3:30 and they had just started. Didn't get my car until 4 and was late to the valley. Not to mention I knew my car was finished before the office people because the manager or whoever was to busy arguing with them to pay attention to the customer. The associate Matt blamed somebody else for telling me it would take 2-2.5 hours when he is the one who told me it would be ready by 3:15. I understand a busy day, but 5 hours for an oil change and staff that talks to you, like you're the problem is ridiculous. The only helpful one was the blondish girl working in the front and I watched as the other staff talked down to her. Probably won't return

During a Mont and balance, they Broke a TPMS sensor and billed me for it. I asked to see the old part and they handed me a sensor from a different vehicle with other random sensor parts. The manager became aggressively confrontational and had to leave the store before he became worse. I left with my TPMS light still on.

I took my sisters van to get alignment and they said it'll be done by 11am. I went at 11am and saw the van in the parking lot. They said they aligned it as best they can. They said it needed cam bolts to align it correctly. I asked why didn't they call me so I can have them put the cam bolt on to get it done right. I told them that they did that to me with my truck a few months ago to where they aligned it the best they can and didn't have time to do it. So I had to bring it another day to get it done right. My sister needed to leave back home that day. They said that they didn't have time that day. They charged me the alignment that day and the alignment was not done right. Which was Monday. My sister took her van Wednesday to brake master in Casa grande to get the alignment done right. They said it was off a little and didn't need the cam bolts. They done the alignment right. So I'm not very happy with the Safford's big o company doing the alignment halfway and not calling to say that I needed cam bolts to get it done right. Not happy that they did this twice to me. I don't think that's right for them to not doing it right the first time to where I would've have them put the cam bolts on to get it done right the same day.

Never had a problem with the service here everybody is always friendly

I have bought all my tires from the Safford ax store for several vehicles for several years but today 12/30/19 the desk clerk didn't know that a dully had to change the tires on the rims to do a rotation so after wasting my time for a hour told me they wouldn't rotate my tires because they needed replaced which is not true , he just didn't want to have to work

Greeted politely by the owner as should be great man. Man behind desk could use some manners and customer service training or find another job will not take car back in to him or recommend anyone to do business with him again. 2 hours for a LOF and not one grease zerk greased, washer fluid was empty, and tires were not checked not asked to be rotated. When questioned about eta. Of service he says we are not jiffy lube well I yet to be proven differently.

It took 3 hours to mount and balance 2 tires and the 2 tires weren't even the ones that were quoted and ordered over the phone.

Spent 6.5 hours in the store while 4 new tires were installed. Seemed to have some trouble with wheel alignment - however, after the first 100 miles on the new tires, everything was perfect - I recommend Nitto tires and the quality of the service was 5 star,

went in to get break pads replaced & without permission or my knowledge they went ahead & replaces the rotors as well. Nobody ever came out to talk to me & let me know my rotors needed replaced. I never seen nor spoke to the person doing the work. I was quoted... my bill would be $50some & walked out paying $337. What if I didn't have that money on me? I could blast the person who did this, his name is on my bill but lucky for him i'm Not that cold hearted. Maybe next time he won't be in such a hurry & will take the time to communicate better with his customers.

I called in for just a rotation and the service rep told me when to come and that they would get me straight in, and that it would be finished in 30 minutes. I came back 45 minutes later and inquired as to the status of my truck, and the rep said they were about to pull it into the shop. I then waited another 45 minutes before it was finished. Taking more than 3 x the promised amount of time causing me to miss other appointments I had. And every one of the reps pushed the blame onto someone or something else. Then they tried to charge me for a normal rotation of my Big O Bigfoot tires. When I finally left and got out to my truck it was left unlocked by the highway, after I had specifically asked that it always remained locked. Once I got inside of the truck the rediculously muddy and greasy paper floor mat was still inside. I will not be returning to your shop, due to the unprofessionalism, and mis treatment of your customers.

The mechanic went extra and helped put a cover and had fallen off in my car I really appreciate it the mechanic it was the cover they covered inside that underneath the dash Please thank the AC mechanic

They lack experience waited 4 hours for simple oil change they don't care where you have to be it's all about them and when they can see you

BIG BIG BIG problem @ Boulevard SALES AND SERVICE In SAFFORD AZ>--- my car has needed to go back three times for the SAME issue. The left front wheel has been making a noise since they first repaired it- I have returned two times out of concern -Preston said he was hard of hearing and could not hear it. Today, while turning, there was a loud pop and bang! From that wheel.Then an awful crunching noise when turning- the SAME wheel!!!! And, the breaks are almost gone. This car was nursed back to Boulevard's yard this morning. BOULEVARD!!!!!! WILL YOU PLEASE!!!!! Please make it safe and driveable. I told you Preston there was a scraping noise when your man first worked on it and you blew me off- you returned a car to me that was dangerous to drive. Please fix my car and make it actually safe to drive- and make the window washer work as it did before your guys handled it. PRESTON when my husband was alive you would not have done this to him- because I'm a widow you are taking advantage of me- and putting me in danger. SHAME on you! Sue Stutesman SMITH PS Since it was fixed the first time, the window washer would not work -I mentioned and said it worked on my way to the garage -now since it was worked on -not. Preston did nothing. Wouldn't even check the wiring.
