Associate Layton was awesome, he went above and beyond to help us. My wife has only one leg and I'm recovering from a nasty fall. As a result my mobility is limited. Layton loaded our wheelchair. He was a great person with a customer service. Thank you again. Jerry Burger

I brought my vehicle in the day before 4th Of July (busy) for just an oil change. After getting it back I first noticed oil on my drive way. The next day we went camping and noticed the maintenance light was blinking at startup.

Asked for a quote on a repair. Rep forgot while my oil was being changed. Did not get a reminder sticker for my next oil change.

I brought my car in to have nitrogen put in the tires. I asked for 34 lbs in each tire. After I picked it up and checked the tire pressure readings it showed 32 on the right side and 34 left front and 33 left rear. Either my pressure readers are off or the pressure wasn't properly installed per my request. All of my other experiences have been excellent at this store.

Thank you for this opportunity to express my recent experiences with your establishment. I don't come to bash or to show anger, just to inform. My wife and I took our Acadia in to have our headlight bulbs changed and we asked for an oil change as well. My wife took it in I was at work. She told me that she explained that all the car needed was the headlight bulbs replaced and an oil change. So it came to her surprise when it took way longer than expected. She was told that it took so long because the mechanics were trying to trouble shoot the problem and other methods to figure out why they went out. And finally to their surprise all that was needed was some bulbs. So a little bit of time was waisted and I'm sure we accrued some cost because of the time it took but, oh well their fixed right? Well the next time my wife drove the car at night she saw that they were not aligned correctly. There was a huge area of the road she could not see. So when I could I took it back. Told the guys at the front desk what was wrong, they said no problem we will fix it. Got it back, wife goes back to driving at night this time the lights only went 5 feet in front of the bumper. Again no safe. So again I take it back. Talk to the guys up front as well as the mechanics. Show them pictures try and explain it. They were confident that they could fix it, ok no problem. Get back home, they went back to how they were the first time they were not done correctly. Now this is frustrating. So I get my brother in law, a mechanic, who take 5 min on each headlight. And all he did was reach inside and fully clip in the light bulbs into their securing brackets. Which put the bulbs back in their intended place and now the headlights shine like they are supposed to. A simple fix. Ok no problem life goes on. But now I've been noticing that out car has an oil leak and over time it's getting worse. So we take it in to see what's up. At first they said everything looks normal and it couldn't be because of the oil change. But we need to figure out why still. Some time later we get the call that, yes, the oil filter was loose and after tightening it the leak stopped. So just super frustrating that one visit really turned into 4 and all that time and I'm sure money on your end has been waisted. I'm not sure who that mechanic was but he'll need some additional training to get spun up on how to properly do things. Never had an issue with you guys before. We plan on continuing our business with you guys so no worries there. Just needed to express this, thanks for your time. J.Bills

I just spent almost $700 at this location for new brakes and an oil change and the techs didn't even check my tire pressure. The car even had a LOW TIRE indicator when turned on. I found that all four tires were at 20psi (instead of 40) when I got home. I was also told that they "don't do" fuel filter replacements for non diesel vehicles and quoted almost $400 for a basic tune up w/o an included oil change. Sad to see such bad service in a town that already has limited resources for auto repair.

Well you are not going to like this I'm going to start with last year's experience, I went in for my AC I told them it had a leak if they could find it when I got the car back I was told it's good to go in 4 day it was not working so I went back the man said oh you need a low pressure adjustable switch so I got it $70 a week later stopped working again went back this time I was told the compressor was bad so I got a new one and put it in but while I was doing this I find a loose fitting thinking that was my problem all along but I put the new compressor and went back had it charged again and ask again check to make sure that there's no leaks got it back and again it stop working because of a leak so now I have put maybe $500 in on this and still NO AC. Now this time I go back to get the front end aligned because I put all new springs and struts on it your mechanic work on it and I got it back I look at the paper that I got back it had all of these number in red I look at the car the back tire was still way off of camber alignment so I go back in he sent me back to to man that is over your mechanics he tell me oh we can't not do the camber on that car I need to buy a part so it can be done I told NO you can do the alignment so we go and talk to the mechanic he tell me no he can't do it so I have to tell your mechanic how to do his job you just have to loosen the two big bolts and do the alignment so I get my car back again after about 4hrs all of the numbers on the paper are in the black got it right this time I go home but now I see my steering wheel is not straight with the car it's off one way, I guess I forgot to tell him to make sure the steering wheel is straight with the before they do the alignment. Your mechanic should know all of this not all cars that comes in are not going to need just a simple alignment job so I will not be back to your shop for anything after two times and your mechanic just wants people to buy parts and put on their cars that they don't need, while I was there I seen two cars come back for rework one of them had the check motor light was on they ask why the mechanic didn't not check it said it was a oversight but for $45 they would do it could not find anything but maybe the gas cap was loose I felt they shouldn't of charge $45 to just tighten a gas cap sometimes doing it for free would be better then charging $45 for a gas cap and then they was told if the light comes back on to come back and they would check it farther I'm sorry I told the man he could of took it to AutoZone and they would of check it for free

I made an appointment for an alignment check at 1:00 and after the alignment check an oil change. I got there at 1:00, gave my keys to Matt and sat down in the soft chair by the popcorn and soda machine (in the front). At 2:30 I asked Pete if my van was about finished and what was going on with it. He said that they had just had it up on the blocks and that now they were getting the oil changed. So I waited. At 3:45 Matt came out and called me up. He said that there was good new and bad news (on their part). Then he proceeded to tell me that they had two rebuilds on the blocks all morning and that put everything else behind schedule so they weren't able to get to my van for the alignment check. I was kind of shocked because Pete had just told me that they were doing the alignment before that. weird. Matt was professional about it all and apologized saying that he hadn't seen me and didn't know I was waiting in the front, which I thought was weird because I am not a small person. I talked to several of them several times during the 3 hours I was there. Matt did give me 10$ off my oil change for making me wait so long and for not telling me about the alignment check which didn't happen. I made another appt. for next Saturday first thing in the morning. Hopefully, it will get done then. :-)

When I'm buying tires, you're Johnny on the spot. When I need a flat fixed, 20 hours later, I have to fix it myself
