Big O was able to provide tires for my mother's car. She is happy and feels safe.

Went for a oil change 3/20/17 I checked it after the service. it was one quit too full!!

So I had my car worked on for quite a few hours and when I picked it up I instantly noticed there were some things that weren't quite right. I pointed this out to them and they had me bring my car in the next day. Not going to lie I was kinda frustrated that there were now different problems that weren't there before but they really went above and beyond to fix the problem and make up for the mistakes. I really appreciate how understanding they were and how determined they were to work with me and get my car running the way it should! This is a really honest and trustworthy shop.

I had two flat tires in the same morning; one work van tire and one front tractor tire. I needed both repaired as quickly as possible so i aired up the van tire, loaded the tractor tire and took them by without an appointment. In less than an hour both tires were repaired, mounted on the van and loaded in the back and ready. The friendly Technician let me know and I was on my way. : )

When I traded this car in at Robert Horne Ford it had 109,000 miles. Strange it only has 63,000 now.

Our customer service experience required the store owner to step in and help to resolve our issue. The customer service representatives miscommunicated with each other, leaving the issue we brought our vehicle in unattended to. This led to an unpleasant interaction with one of the customer service representatives because of her lack of information and seeming unwillingness to take steps to address our concerns. The owner was very responsive and understanding to our problem, and made sure to resolve our questions in a timely and respectful manner.

Had my vehicle towed to the Safford Big O and they fixed it and got it back to me as soon as it was possible.

Need a person to deliver cars to work area, so that the service agent is always available.
