Big O Tires

I took my car in a few days ago for a check up and to my surprise a company this big doesn't deal with bmw tire rotations!They did a good job on everything else.

The service time was provided at set appointment time as promised and no run around as to what services would be provided.

noticed they charged for tire rotation which I thought was free with life of the tires purchased at BIG-O

They were nice, helpful, and knew what they were talking about. Then delivered on what they said they were going to do. Price was competitive.

I was able to get my oil changed and tires rotated in a decent amount of time.

All of the Big O Tire associates have always went out of their way to help me and if there is ever a problem, they go out of their way to make it right. I will definitely go back and recommend them to anyone who needs tires.

Very busy place but that's a good sign. Difficult to get in without a long wait. Didn't leave a window sticker for next oil change due. Other than that great place. Great staff!!

I met with Norman themanager, the rest of the salesman were busy. Norman took the time to discuss the correct tire size of tire for my truck. Norman listened to my concerns and then addressed them one by one. I haven’t see this type of costumer service since I left LasCruces and stopped using the Big O store from there. Norman was a big help. I feel price isn’t as big of a deal as much as a relationship is.

Wiper replacement listed on receipt but not done.

We had just gone to a different tire company right before and had a terrible experience. We just stopped by Big I to see if they had the tires we needed and at a fair price. They gave us a great quote with a deal, had the tires we needed in stock, put them on right then and had a movie I could play for my 2 year old I brought, plus a popcorn machine (since I missed lunch this was greatly appreciated) !!!

The service people at my local Big O Tire in Safford, AZ., were very helpful in fixing my wife's car. I thank them for a excellent job.

Excellent customer service. Friendly smiles, great atmosphere. Wait time was a little long but not too bad.
