Pete Lujan is the Customer Rep. that helped me. I called into Big O in the morning. I had a situation and was not sure how to handle it. I had a vehicle with a flat tire in my front yard. The air leaked out from a bad valve stem. I did not have a jack or the proper tools to lift the lifted Ford Bronco. It had been like that for a few days now and was worried the neighbors and the City was going to complain. I asked Pete Lujan if they would do like a roadside call. Pete was very professional, friendly, and very accommodating to my situation. A service truck was sent out to my residence and the flat tire was repaired. I can’t Thank Big O Tire enough four understanding and resolving my dilemma. Thank You, Juan Holguin

I called to schedule appointment and employee who answered was very friendly and knowledgeable. When I arrived they helped immediately I was in and out and service was done pretty quick.

It was a pleasure to do business. I was well treated with excellent service. However, a maintenance light came on immediately after the installation of the battery. I ended up having to go to Johnston Motors to get it checked out. That service trip cost me $60. (I believe). Apparently, the service person needed to fully let my car turn off before putting in the battery. My car's computer system got all upset about this. What I saved by going to your established, was more than lost by having to have the situation corrected.

I was able to get the service done the same day.

My time at the store was pleasant. Service was great and it didn't take them long to put my tires on. Quality service goes a long way. Thanks

When customers call to make sure tires are there to put on 2 days before go back and check and put a note on tires when customer is coming in to have them installed so they won't be sent back

It was a lady minute need to repair a tire which turned into buying 2 new tires. I was taken care of even though it was close to closing time.
