Big O Tires

BIG O' MY HEROS!!!!!!!!I saw gracious professionalism and kindness at Boulevard Big O'. The back story; the car had be sorely damaged at another garage to the tune of 1800.00. They repeatedly told me there was nothing wrong. NOTHING. I trusted them and when in fact my life was at risk. Out of desperation I went to Big O'. They put it on the lift-- the left wheel dangled like a noodle. A new strut had broken off the body the noise, I was concerned about was a ball joint tearing into the hub. BIG O' graciously took on another garage's damage. Rebuilt the front end and now the car travels like glass. SAFELY! MY heroes are Preston and the mechanic NOAH. PLEASE if you go there thank them for me. Now my car is safe! I was planning a trip to Tucson. God nudged me and said take it to Big O'. I followed my nudge and didn't die in a car crash.

I wasn’t told the price until the end of the service. I wouldn’t mind knowing that before I get started but that’s not a huge deal. Noah did great letting me know everything. I’ll be back for sure!

Had a screw in the driver's side rear tire. Asked to have it checked and repaired if necessary. No repair was necessary and there was no charge for checking the tire for a leak.

My service was Pickup and Delivery back to my home. This is a very convenient service considering the Covid 19 Virus.
