These guys were great. Got me in and out quick.

Got me right in, were quick, and communicated with me throughout my visit. When my car was done they let me know and I didn't have to wait extra or ask if it was done.

everyone there was very friendly and communicative. i felt very taken care of at this location in terms of professionalism and friendliness. the whole place was clean and well organized. any questions i had were answered with great detail and checking out was smooth and easy.

I had three nails in a tire, and was expecting to have to replace it or maybe two tires. The Big O on Gantzel Rd fixed the tire for free. They could easily have told me I needed a new tire or two (the tread is low on both), and I would have believed them. That kind of honesty is RARE. We are definitely claiming this Big O as our go-to place for our cars. Super-clean place with snacks and a nice waiting area. Friendly and professional staff who all seem pretty happy, which is also rare. It seems like they like working here and have great rapport. 5-stars.

Quick and easy check in for new tires and short time for completion. Communication was very good and was informed that I needed a new air filter (no pressure). Price was quoted and job was completed. Have used BIG O for more than 30 yrs.
