The location is close to home and the price was comparable to others

Had an early morning appt. They got my car in about 30 minutes after my scheduled time but it still took less time start to finish than I expected.

The service I received was awesome. Associates were friendly and professional and it didn’t t feel like the typical “let’s get money out of this girl” oil change.

Can in with a vibration in the front end and Matthew pointed out that the tires were bad. He recommended two new tires for the front vibration gone. Awesome team on at Big O Tires. Recommend everyone to come here for your tire needs!!

The workers were kind and the environment was welcoming. I was given multiple options for payment and they respected me when I declined additional services. Being a woman walking into a car shop can and will be overwhelming but Greg and his crew were very open and honest with my car being worked on.

Always a great experience! They know my cars and even recognize my kids when they take a car in. The guys take great care of my family and make sure we are safe on the road. Love my big O boys.

Greg took good care of us and was more than willing to show us why the rotors needed to be replaced along with our brake pads that we were there to have serviced. He provided multiple options for paying for the service as well as explaining the recommendations and the recommended timeline for completion should we have chosen to split up doing front and rear brakes among multiple service appointments. Service was performed in a timely manner.
