I had called before arriving to the gantzel stores location and the assistant manager Matt kindly directed me in the process to receive my car care. I was really impressed by the friendliness of the service that was provided. Definitely planning on sticking with big o tires for the future car maintenance!

The staff was very mannerable and I felt safe and relaxed and the staff was informing me as to what they were doing from the time I got and when I left and I must say this Big O tires Will be the place (doctor ) for my vehicle . I had one tire that needed completely replaced and I was able to get in and out quickly as well as I had given specific instructions to not use an impact gun and to hand torc lug nuts. I was pleased that they followed my request, no questions asked.

The staff was very polite and direct with me. I really appreciated the professionalism and strait shooting. The manager specifically took the time to explain the process and pricing clearly.

Store personnel and technicians did an outstanding job in identifying and repairing the mechanical problem. My truck was repaired and returned to me sooner than expected.
