Joey is the Best… I had some issues with my check engine light.,They found the problem and fixed it. I had to purchase a battery and Auto Zone could not reset my car after replacing, I called Joey they replaced my battery reset codes within 30 minutes. I appreciate him and his staff!

Joe S. and Steven W. were a breath of fresh air compared to my recent troubles at another Store. They were clear with explanations of Services needed on both of my vehicles and the time it would take to perform those Services. Both kept me up to date on progress, as well. It was a welcome change to not have to call a Store for an updated status. Joe and Steven were understanding of my odd work schedule and when I'd need my vehicles back. In fact, today's experience took far less time than expected, which was a welcome surprise. The Services completed today were the Services a previous Shop failed to tell me of but had written down on the Courtesy Check given to me. Services that had I known about, I would have had them done. Including filling the low Coolant that was written down but I wasn't made aware of. Such a small act but an important one. Joe and Steven made me feel as though my vehicles and MY time mattered. Something that is important to me and I greatly appreciate it. This Store isn't closer to my Home but the experience of this Store far outweighs the inconvenience of a longer drive. Peace of mind is more important than a longer drive or time in traffic. I'll be back, mostly because of the great Customer Service Joe and Steven provide.

I was greeted with immediate concern to take care of what was needed and the greeter James) was very kind and professional. Then Brett the manager gave me immediate information on parts, price and when my car would be ready. Brett was very kind and professional. When my car was ready (Brett the manager) picked me up and drove me back to get my car . The person that serviced my car did an awesome job and kept the inside of my car clean ( no grease or greasy finger prints left in car). I am 63 years old and have never been treated so nice and professionally!!!! This experience was A plus and a Five Star rating!!!!! THANKYOU🏆

I love these guys!! Went in for an oil change and tire rotation, found out I needed a lot more maintenance work done. I am sure the dealership would have charged me much more and taken an entire day to finish. They finished in 2 and 1/2 hours and my car is running great! Thanks Big "O"!

Professional Manager that takes care of me and helps me when I have critical issue. Also the store front is nicer and kept better compared to the Phoenix locations such as Northern and I-17 location
