I had a slow leak in my family van. I dropped it off and they called me after they repaired it. When I got there the tire was flat. Somehow something happened to the valve stem. They quickly fixed it. At that time, I noticed that I had a slow leak in the car. I came back to get the van in and they fix that as well. Both Joey and Hayden were very professional and quick to come up with a solution.

I love the guys at Big O! They never try to pressure me to do things that I know don't need to be done. I also love it that I can drop the car off and they will take me home while they are working on my car! It's a great way to multi task.

The associate that helped me was absolutely amazing! He was knowledgeable and friendly throughout my entire process today. Will definitely be recommending and returning.
