Big O Tires

Just arrived in Arizona and had to get two new tires for my vehicle and they were wonderful at taking care of my car needs on the same day of my call. I had to run on an errand and was notified as soon as my car was done. All in all I had a wonderful experience and would not hesitate to tell others of the overall service of this facility. Thank you to all that assisted in car needs.

Brought my truck in for an alignment. The service writer was courteous and my truck was on the rack in short order. The problem was a loose bolt on the adjustment centric from previous alignment ( not done at Big O). They aligned the truck and now it drives great. They also didn't try to sell me a bunch of parts that weren't needed. Good people Good service Good place to do business.

I worked with Mike H. We were putting a lift and wheels and tires on a truck. I thought he was highly knowledgeable about what he was doing. The result was great!

The associate that I had was very nice and professional. He answered all of my questions about my future car repair for my light assembly, bumper, and windshield fluid reservoir. They gave me a great oil change and changed both of my air filters. I really appreciate the fantastic customer service of this location and I will be back. I also will refer them to my friends and family.

Treated by Matt. Way friendly and the folks banged out the motorhome. Last year they found a rat nest in our brand new Pilot. Great job fellas.

The staff was very friendly. The waiting room was comfortable. There was water, coffee, popcorn, fruit, and donuts there for free. Also a vending soda machine. I am truly happy with all the items they checked with my oil change.

Always a good experience with staff and services performed at a great price. Plus donuts and coffee are pretty cool.

Great customer service. Lots of smiles, always had something pleasant to say. Restroom and waiting room was nicely arranged and clean. Coffee and donuts were available...yummy! All condiments stocked. Time went by so fast. I rather enjoyed my visit.

Went in for a oil change , and I got a free tire rotation and free alignment check!! Also revived 10.00 off my service!!!

I waited with an appointment, but they made it right.

I needed new brakes really bad and John was able to get me in same day and complete all services I needed. They even stayed after closing so that I could come pick up my vehicle.

I missed my appointment by a hour but they accommodated me by letting me reschedule. When I arrived they went over two different tire options and explained the difference in quality.

This location has always been super friendly and helpful. My son loves to go to the tire store and see the friendly faces that work there. Service is fast and prices are fair.

Overall great service. They explained everything to me. Would definitely recommend this place.
