Big O Tires

I'm busy and i don't know enough about tires except that I had been told that I may need replacement. The guys at this store were very helpful in explaineing WHY i needed the replacement, which types of tires go on my car, alignment, nitrogen, etc. They work with my schedule and got everything done as promised. I had my brakes done there as well and I'm planning to do my oil change sometime next week. They are so professional and friendly and treated me very nicely. Thank you. Thank you

John and Mike were really good. I had both my cars serviced by them and on both occassions they did an excellent job. Wotked late to ensure i get the car the same day! Overall glad they are in Ahwatukee and they clearly have convinced me to move my business to them after years of me using another company!

They found issues that needed to be addressed that I was not aware of.

I use ten to sevice all if our cars and have always been very satisfy with the quality of the work and the personal attention I get to my needs.

Got my tires done here and continue to return for other service items. Only place in town with a fair price for oil swap on my diesel pickup. Thanks guys

I was stressed about the unexpected flat tire. I knew I needed to purchase a new one as Mica (sp?) was able to confirm this was the same tire that required repair several months earlier. He suggested a re-enrollment for credit to handle my unexpected purchase (I had a Big O credit card before the change over). This put me at ease. The online enrollment was a little glitchy but came through.

Michael was awesome! He went over my expectations for fixing a flat and I also needed 2 new back tires--which I knew but my immediate concern was the flat. The kids and I also appreciated Henry driving us back an d forth so we did not have to wait for the car--that was an excellent idea with two younger kids and too hot to spend that much time at the park. The second time we came in for the other tire we did go to the park but it was not as busy that day and they did a great job making sure we did not have to hang out in the AZ heat for long! Much appreciation!!!
