John is the best. I completely trust him with all of our vehicles. He is always fair with his pricing and honest about what needs to be done. The other members of the staff are very nice and welcoming.

I have always known Big O to be: overpriced, oversellers, and sometimes rude to women especially who sometimes don't know how to articulate a question or ask for the right thing their vehicle requires. But this location proved me wrong. This has probably been the best service I have ever received from a big company like this. The men were funny, accommodating, they never made me feel dumb or talked down to me even thought I am young and a woman, and most of all explained everything they did to me well! Thank you so much Foothills Big O!

Marcy was fantastic! She is a great asset to Big O. The technicians were on time which I know takes good communication.

I had a dead battery in my corvette. The clerk took my information and gave me a ride back to my car. They called me when the work was completed and i went and picked up the car. Work was done well, my problem was solved. Would recommend them to anyone.
