I drive a fleet / leased vehicle and I take my Dodge RAM exclusively to Big-O, This visit, I dropped off a blown out tire at about 5pm when they were very busy. That being said, they didn't need to greet me at my car. They also know I drive a fleet vehicle so I don't want them dinged for the no free alignment check or credit app. They're great and have always been very helpful.

SUV check engine light came on and it was miss firing. They did a check and found that the issue was bad gas
