every time i go to big o they are very friendly and knowledgeable on products and do not over charge or try to talk you into purchasing items not needed, very clear on what service they are providing and very good quality work

Well, it was a dumb accident. I popped my brand new tire on a curb, was a bit disappointed the manufacturer warranty didn’t cover it. I had a lot of displaced anger from the accident; 180 dollar accident; but I appreciate the friendly and prompt service.

Over my last three visits, actually, the Big O Team was spectacular. They found legitimate issues that my car dealer had (inexcusably) missed, and they fixed it all, beautifully, without gouging me. A special shout-out to Marcela Saenz, in particular. She was amazing. She was kind, professional, and diligent. Simply the best.

I drive a fleet / leased vehicle and I take my Dodge RAM exclusively to Big-O, This visit, I dropped off a blown out tire at about 5pm when they were very busy. That being said, they didn't need to greet me at my car. They also know I drive a fleet vehicle so I don't want them dinged for the no free alignment check or credit app. They're great and have always been very helpful.
