I have exclusively used Big O Tires since 2004. I have greatly enjoyed their service over the last 14 years. Most services are perfect. Unfortunately I wasn't happy with this service experience. I brought my car in for a standard oil change and tire rotation. I dropped my car off at 7:00am - when the shop opened. I scheduled the appointment 2 days prior on the phone. I was the first customer in the door Friday morning. In the past, I've had oil changes with tire rotation take 45 minutes to 1 hour. After waiting 1 hour 30 minutes, I was told that they didn't have in stock an oil filter that fit my car and that one was being delivered. I didn't get my car back until 2 hours 10 minutes after my appointment began. As a result I was late for work that day. Even when I dropped my car off, I told them that I needed to be at my job, so they knew my time restriction. Even though I scheduled my service 2 days prior and my car was already in their computer system, they still didn't have the most frequently used part (oil filter) in stock. Further more, it took them over 2 hours to get the part. That is simply unacceptable. Any other service I have had in the past, I'd rate 5 stars. But this most recent service only gets 2 stars.

I have been changing my oil with big o and the ahwatukee location since it opened. My service has been up and down from the start. I recently had a service we're they forgot to install the bolt and nuts for my engine filter housing which brought to their attention and had fixed. Which has lead me request that my K&N cabin and engine filters be left alone since I clean them myself and it's extremely difficult to access the rear bolt and nut in the engine. Upon picking up my car on this last service, I asked about all any of the inspections and they told me they did not inspect the vehicle since the notes in the system indicated no inspection was needed. I asked the service tech about how I requested my cabin and engine filter be left along but I still requested inspections. I am in the service industry and handle similar situations with above and beyond reconciliation and was expecting them to offer an inspection however he handed me my paperwork and charged my credit card and said nothing else. Very disappointing even after he acknowledged that I only requested to opt out of the filter inspection and not the other belt, hoses, fluids and other important and simple points of inspections. Considering a new oil service provider.

Took 4 hours to change 4 tyres balance and check alignment. My last tyre change took 30 mins at a diff place.

My experience was very fast, easy, and a great deal. Patrick was very helpful and did exactly what I needed done, at a great price. It was even faster than I expected. All of my services (tire rotation and oil change) were perfect and I will definitely be returning.

Poor as diagnosis was I needed a part from Germany. $900.00. Ten days to ship. Found exact part via 1 Google search. $500.00. Ships in a day. At this point credibility was lost.

2 weeks ago I had and oil change scheduled for one of my cars. The 1-1 1/2 hour promise time ended up 2 1/2 + for the change. Customer rep felt bad so he did not charge for the oil change. I thought that was very nice so this week I scheduled another car for oil change. This time the oil was over filled by .8 quart. When I questioned the customer rep and showed him the specification in the owner guide, he insisted the fill was correct and I was wrong. When I got home, I checked the dip stick and it is very, very over full. I will not take the car back. I do not trust your service.

The employees are always very helpful and friendly and punctual. It is especially convenient to bring my car here for service due to its location to my house. Scheduled the appointment the morning of online and was confirmed quite quickly

Last week I took my car to your Ahwatukee location as my car was running rough. The estimate they gave me totaled over a $1,000. I picked up me car and took it to a small shop in Tempe. They could not find any of the problems your shop tried very hard to scare me into having them fix. Also, the parts which were recommended by your shop were over 3x more expensive than the other shop was going to charge. Your labor was quoted $130/hr versus $65/hr. I will never recommend your company to anyone - in fact i'll Be sharing this with the BBB. You should be ashamed of this. I pray that you'll realize how your shops are ripping off so many older folks who know no better.

Associated (John) was very helpful, and helped resolve my problem when desired tire was not available due to long backorder. In addition, when I asked him to keep me updated on progress of work, he did actually call me multiple times to keep me informed, so I can plan my day accordingly.

After having Big O work on my vehicles exclusively for 11 years, I will no longer use Big O after this week's experience. Michael and Patrick offer great customer service, but I feel that I was misled, and my vehicle was misdiagnosed, costing me an unnecessary $400.

Special ordered rims were black, but the lug nuts were chrome. After I paid in full it took a week and a half to the the lug nuts in even though I was informed it was a readily available part. Nobody called me. I just had to keep calling in. Seems like after I paid I was forgotten about. Terrible service.

Jon has always been the guy to not try to sell services not needed. However, to keep the car maintained, the reason for this visit, he did recommend some services that I needed. Thanks Jon.
