I scheduled an appointment 3 days in advance. I asked when I scheduled the service, and again when I brought my car in to have the tires rotated and air pressure addressed. When I picked up my car, I drove away and noticed that the only tire that air was added to was the passenger front tire , which had a light alert on when I arrived. The tire was inflated to 40 psi, and should not have been more than 35 psi. All other tires were 26-27 psi, which is exactly what they were upon drop-off. The fact that the only tire to have air pressure change was the alerted tire, proved that not only did my tires not get inflated properly, they also were not rotated.

My differential and axle were leaking. Big O said they could fix it. They replaced the differential seal . They said they could fix the axle seal at a cost of roughly $300 then looked at the Nissan specs and said it would cost more because they would have to send it out to get repaired. I took the vehicle to Nissan service who did it right and charged about the same as Big O would have. I returned to the store and had to spend two hours for them to fix the problem correctly. This did not inspire confidence in their ability, but they were terribly nice.

Patrick - outstanding client services. Educated my son on tires and safety. Mike - handled all the check out and vehicle pick up along with follow up call Henry - mechanic - explained the custom rims, lugs and care of the tires. He was truly exceptional.

To: Ray Puente Ray, I have a BMW- 335i 2009- well known to your staff at your Desert Foothills store. I've always been happy and appreciate of the service and timely manner my car had received. This last time however had not been pleasant. My check engine light has been on and Jon gave me a quote in Dec-2018 for repair. 3 weeks ago I called Mike on a Tues to make sure Saturday would be okay to do this repair. He said ok, dropped off the car at 8am. I called at 5:30pm- car was not looked at and told me they would get to it on Sunday. Jon called on Sunday- had to order a part and we scheduled the repair for following Friday. I dropped car off before 7:30am. It was ready at 8pm Fri evening. Sat am I was driving the car- check engine light comes back on. Called Mike- and I dropped it off. On Sunday- Mike said they needed more parts. He called me on Wed- parts in and we schedule for Friday. I pick car up- check engine light off. Drove it about 15 miles- check engine light on again. Went back to the store. Jorge ran the obr computer and he said he doesn't know why the light is coming on but he said he will do some research and promised me he would fix my car. (Jorge is a great kid). I understand the expensive repairs for my car but I have never minded because your team has always fixed them. This time , after 971$ the 1st time and then another 600$ this past Friday and the car is not fixed and I'm not sure your team can fit it - I am extremely upset. I'm asking to be credited the 600$ minus the cost of parts. I think this is reasonable being that the car is not fixed and my option now is to take it somewhere else or get rid of it as is. I received professional and friendly service. The problem was clearly explained and the service desk was happy to answer my questions. The tire was replaced the same day.

I would not recommend this store to anyone because I made an appointment for a pair of tires, it was confirmed and when I showed up, they put on a pair of store brand tires.

nothing worse than paying $800 and getting your car back with and strange vibration it never had before. Not too have that I've gotta take it back and lose an entire day waiting to get the issue resolved. Doing a good job the first time is important to people. My time is valuable

My car does not carry a spare so when I searched your website for a similar replacement it showed up as a tire you supply. When I booked my appointment I was told it would be a week to get 2 tires to the store which obviously would not work as I need my car for work and cannot be without it. I was told you could get the tires from another supplier for substantial extra cost which unfortunately for me I had to accept as I need my car. After paying extra cost and still waiting 2 days the shop could not align my car as the machine they use for this would not work on my car.... I'm not a happy customer at all! Mike was super professional and helpful. He contacted the tire manufacturer for me and was able to save me $200 on a defective tire that came with the car I bought. He didn’t have to do that but he went above and beyond and kept me in the loop every step of the way. Thank you Mike

I have used Purcells for years and felt comfortable because I knew the manager. He has moved on and I thought I would give you guys a shot since you are closer to my home. I came in at 9:30 on Sunday and they let me know seven cars were ahead of me and estimated my car would be finished at 1:30. They let me know they would give me an estimate on a tire because I have one pretty bald tire. I called at 1:38 and they told me my car was up next. I called again at 4:06 and they told me it was done. I picked it up and was given no price quote. My expectation for service is one in which I am called and told that things are backed up, sorry for the delay. Another call otelling me my car is ready. This is the personal touch that goes a long way in selling your service and keeps people coming back.

While the customer service was good, we have now spent almost $1700 and our vehicle still isn't fixed or working properly. We are forced to take our car elsewhere to be fixed because we can't risk having our son drive a car to Scottsdale from Ahwatukee 4 nights a week for practice with the concern that he will end up stranded roadside once again. I hope that once we determine what's wrong with the vehicle, you would pay for the final charges to fix it or reimburse us for the work that wasn't done to satisfaction. Our family has had service done on two other vehicles at your location for minor work with satisfaction, and we appreciate having a convenient location to use for vehicle needs, but I am extremely frustrated that we have had to take our car back at least 4 times and it's still not operating correctly after a significant amount of money and time. investment. Please respond to my email so I know you truly were interested in the feedback. Thank you.

I brought my vehicle in for a simple oil/filter change on a weekday morning. The website to schedule appts was not accepting input the day before so I decided just to bring it the vehicle the following morning around 9 am. Was told that I should drop the vehicle off as it may be a couple of hours before they get to it. It turned out that my vehicle was not ready until about 2:30 in the afternoon (5 1/2 hours), as it obviously had no priority. While I might consider this location for tires, I would not recommend oil service, as it is obviously not a priority with this location.

It was a walk in appt on a Sunday morning, the guy at the desk was extremely polite and accommodating I didnt think i was going to be able to get the oil change and he assured me they would have it done in just a couple hours. I walked across the street to breakfast( and when i was done? The car was done. I love this place and the guys that take care of my car ALWAYS do a fantastic job! I trust them and that is huge.
