Big O Tires

It started off good but ended terrible. Bad communication with the staff nothing but empty promises . No call back no follow ups . Held my vehicle over 2 weeks . Fo a $6000 price tag. Used transmission brand new radiator Oil change , you would only expect awesome service but not the case here . Turned over my complaint to the owner and as expected better than you attitude . He gave me an invoice with my request really fast, but his attitude was bad , never acknowledge the problem

Because of going to this particular Big O Tire location after many years an very acquainted with the associates. I will always go there.

I took my car in for a tire replacement due to a nail in my sidewall of new tire. Dropped it off @ 7:30 AM they called said it was done @ 4:00. They were suppose to rotate the tires after replacing the damaged tire. They did NOT rotate my tires but told me they did..

Went to this shop with a nail in my tire and need of repair. They were very busy but were able to get to it within a few hours. Tire repaired at a fair price and quickly. All OK.

Didn't have work done - your estimate for pars and labor was to much. Purchase the part on ebay (good part) and installed it my self. Cost to me was $55. Your estimate was $1700!! The good part is that you identified the problem, letting me have a choice. Wasn't to happy with the $75 fee to diagnose the issue, could be lower.

Michael and is staff are always professional and honest. I have a vehicle that I love that I do not want to trade in. They always find what is wrong and repair affordably!

Every time I come to get an oil change I end up waiting 2 plus hours. I came in during the tire sale, which i knew that I would end up waiting at least 2 hours due to this, but I specifically asked if it would take more than 3 hours and was told no. I had my two children with me walking around the Foothills on a very windy cold day trying to entertain them. I knew I would have to walk around with them and the whole point in me coming to BIG O is because its close to my house, but not walking distance, but there is a park, mcdonalds, and all different places to entertain oneself when waiting for a long period of time. I had come back at almost 3 hours with still no call and I noticed my car did not move from the spot i parked it in. I asked if it was done and they said they would check it out. They came back and said no it has not been serviced yet. I was ready to walk away, but I had just waited 3 hours with my kids already so i walked out frustrated, but i needed an oil change. The gentleman outside was very nice and offered a free hot dog when i told him my experience inside (come to find out they were free any way and it would have been nice to know that for my kids sake). The problem is that every time i come to this BIG O i wait for over 2 hours and not until i bring it up to the front desk do they do anything with my car. If I had the luxury to drop it off and not worry I totally would, but I don't have that option. I was appalled that no one seemed to care inside and a $40 oil change was ridiculous to me when I could've gone to jiffy lube for that and been out within 20 minutes. I have a huge following in the community as I am active in our community and I am always referring businesses to others, but unfortunately due to the lack of customer service and having to wait 3 hours for an oil change every time I will not be recommending your company. I will also be taking my business elsewhere unfortunately. I am all about supporting the businesses in my community when they provide good services.

The people are always friendly and knowledgeable. Has a small town feel environment. Feel like they want to give me good service and what is best for my car. Not just trying to upsale.

The part that was diagnosed as the source of the issue we were experiencing wasn't accurate. They ended up fixing the real cause of the issue, but I spent over double the time I should have at the facility. A proper diagnoses would have mitigated this problem. I feel that facility and the service I was provided was average, at best.

All the guys are very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. I always feel welcomed at my Big O store! The guys have always been very honest with me and have given me the best deal possible, every time i went there to have some work done on either one of our cars or for tires, alignment, oil change etc.

I think the alignment was done. I received my bill paid it and walked out the door not even knowing whether alignment was bad good so so. No report, no graphics no paper no nothing. I hope it all works out

I called and scheduled my appt for 11:00 am. I dropped my vehicle off and was ready within the hr. Didn't have to wait all day for an oil change

I made a 12:00PM appt. I had my son bring the car in. 3.5 hours later... need I say more.

I walked into Big O Tires and was immediately greeted by staff. They were very helpful and knowledgeable. They didn't try to sell me anything I didn't want. Since I didn't have an appointment, they told me it would be a few hours so one of the guys drove home with me and took my car back. They called me when it was ready and offered to come pick me up, but I had my sister drive me back. Again, everyone I came in contact with was extremely nice.

Everything was ok wait time was much more than expected.

I was going to go to discount tire but Big O beat there price with buy two get two free and I also got the allignment. I was surprised they could do it today as I had no appointment and they had to have the tires delivered from the warehouse. Thanks Big O

If reservations are not valid for the weekend, you should let me know about that rule through email. You accepted and confirmed the reservation, but then upon arrival you told me you do not take reservations for Saturday.

Set up the appointment the Friday before. Dropped my car off Sunday afternoon. Everyone was extremely friendly. Car was ready on time, but I was unable to pick it up until 2;00 pm. Because I am suffering from cancer and can't get around very well, Michael said he would go outside and make sure my car was brought close to the entrance. All told an excellent experience.
