My family and I always get the best service from Mike and Patrick. We moved out of Ahwatukee after 10 years there and always taking our cars to Big O. We still take our cars there and we live 23 miles away now.

They did oil changes an all three cars in on day for me. So service is great. I stop short of 5 stars for the price. They showed 16.99 for an oil change but when you add in shop tools, disposal fees, etc it added 10 bucks to the bill. I wish they would advertise the full price.
