i had coupons for a free synthetic oil change. this time it cost $22+ when it was supposed to be free. what's going on there?

Have used this location before. Service is always good. Associates are friendly and knowledgeable. Scheduling is easy and they complete the work when they say they will.

Started off on the right foot by Eddie letting me know of the short hands of mechanics and that he would squeeze me in then after 2 hours got a call that it was be another 30 min to get a part needed to fix the issue. After a third attempt and waiting all day for my car which was leaking from a oil change from the previous Tuesday and after I had taken it in to get checked and fixed a second time, my car was fixed on Saturday. Eddie apologized and so did the young man who took my original work order about the inspections that never happened. He explained they were busy and it had slipped his mind. I appreciate the honesty and the free oil changes they offered as I explained I was preparing for my daughters 2 birthday which we had 34 people over for the next day (Sunday) and had no car to finish last min errands and more. My overall experience is satisfactory and will be back to use my oil changes however I hope my comments and concerns will bring positive change for future experiences. Thank you.

Consistent in delivery of service on time.

Had an oil & filter change done on my car.Next day was leaking oil from filter gasket on my garage floor.Called Patrick and he got me in to fix it right away.Not too happy it did not work first time, but great customer service by Patrick to get it fixed quickly next day.

Reasonable timely service

Had a couple bad visits but the past two were good. Seems like when the manager John is working things go smooth and in a timely manner. The two bad visits I had early appointments for simple balance rotate and it took most of the day. John was not present on those visits. Other than that I like the service and prices. I would buy another set of tires from you.

Michael and his team work really hard to help me with any questions and go the extra mile to make sure the job is done right. Jon went over the repairs and found where the problem was at.

I needed an oil change and selected the advanced partly synthetic oil. The price for the change was good and during the change, they discovered a serious leak in my differential and axle. They repaired the differential seal and changed the oil. The price for the service was competitive and all was done in the time that they estimated.

The staff has great communication, extremely friendly and always helpful
