Location is convenient for me.

Only one complaint, I asked them to reset my washer fluid light and they did not. It came on when I was low on windshield washer fluid and I have not figured it out so I asked them to please reset it.

I know all the service writers and they know me. I've consistently been treated well and with respect for my business.

All positive except for the cost. The $75 diagnosis fee felt steep. All else was great. Team made room for me righ tbefore closing time, issue was fixed fast.

At first I had an inexperienced assistant but once I got the more senior person all was well. Everyone has to learn so no problem.

The issue, cost etc. were explained clearly.

I purchased new tires in Dec 2014 and just got a flat the other day. Turns out it was a screw in the tire and it was unfixable and was not covered in the warranty because I didn't buy an extended warranty. They did have a tire in stock and put it on quickly and I was on my way. Thanks Big O.. And for you folks looking to buy tires. Buy the exteneded warrantly..(pay now or pay later! which was may case in a 7 month old tire)

The employees at this store are excellent! Michael, John, Patrick and the rest of the guys in the back! Sadly we are there so much they know us by name but are always fair and honest!

The team was helpful and very courteous. However I came in for an oil change and left with a broken water pump. Jon explained it to me in great detail, that it must have been leaking over time, but I still cant wrap my head around how I went in without any drips on the floor in my garage and came out with it pouring out of my car like a faucet, especially since the water pump was replace with a new on just this past November at another mechanics facility. Thanks to Jon's extra time he put in explaining it to me, I did feel more confident in his team's ability to fix it right this time, but the whole ordeal, taking Uber to and from work, forking out $500 bucks unexpectedly was something I just wasnt prepared for. I will most likely go back to this location for my future oil needs, just hope I can come out without something else broken each time. :(
