I purchased my tires from Big O tires about 2 years ago and it is very easy to schedule to have tire rotation and alignment done at the Foothills locations. The guys get it done quick. I ill definitely be getting the next set of tires from them.

I came to the store for a flat tire repair. The advisor was courteous and friendly. The repair was completed before the time promised. I was surprised when the advisor said there was no charge, but I did leave a tip for the technician. I haven't had any issues with the repaired tire.

Walked in, Donnie was pleasant, gave accurate estimate of when oil change / tire rotation would be completed.

I'm new to Ahwatukee Arizona, and found Big O tires closed to our place and found them online. I had to replace my one flat tire and Big O did it. Their employees are very nice, they are very accommodating even out air on my spare tire, they did not push me to buy more tires and they're change my tires faster than the time they gave me. I would be coming back here. And oh they have free wi-fi

Mr Casarez was professional as well when I paid for service. He and I engaged in conversations on relevant topics for the day.
