I needed a new battery and wanted my tire pressure checked . I had to jump my car battery in order to driveto Big O, and I left it running when I got there so that it wouldn't need to be jumped to pull into the repair shop. I did not have an appointment and was prepared to wait, but I was hoping to be finished in an hour or so. I was in and out in 20 minutes! I am very happy with the prompt service, I have used Big O several times and I have always been happy with the service. They are all very friendly. There is another auto repair shop next door, but I have never gone there because I have been so happy with the guys at Big O!!

I trust Big O because they don't try to sell me something I really don't need. It's been a year since I had my tires rotated so I figured I needed an alignment also. Got $20 off on the price.

They took care of me. Oil changed, tires rotated and cleaned. Great job!

I had a flat on my 2005 Jaguar that I just purchased used. The tires were ten years old so I replaced all four with the buy 3 get one free discount. Jon my service assistant was great. He even detected a slow coolant leak and gave me an estimate to fix it. He was able to get the parts in within 1 day and called for me to bring it in immediately. Regarding the purchase of the tires, I was told the cost was $129 per tire. I did not know ahead of time all of the additional costs for labor, alignment etc. My car did need special lug nuts and Jon advised me on the amount to replace. Great location.

Excellent work, friendly courteous knowledgeable people, fair price. Beyond all this the person who parked my car outside was thoughtful enough to put the sun shade back up on the windshield. This may seem like a small thing but this is my only transportation and it's 18 years old and I do the best I can to keep it going. That someone took the time to do this on an old faded SUV made a big impression on me.
