I walked in off the street with a tire problem which they addressed immediately. The work was done quickly and corrected the problem. I left the vehicle there and they called me to provide me with status and readiness to to pick up my vehicle.

Excellent service : Sunday afternoon and I had a dead battery they had the part at fair price. Twenty minutes later I was good to go.

Great staff

I brought my 2000 pickup truck to my neighborhood Big O (on Desert Foothills Parkway near Chandler Blvd. in Phoenix) because I was hearing a strange but brief noise occasionally. They solved the mystery after a couple of road checks and with input from several members of their team of mechanics and front-desk people. A old belt was malfunctioning and was the source of the infrequent noise. I had them replace all 3 belts, which were 16 years old, and the truck is running well.

Servicing done on time, the supervisor was friendly and explained very clearly what was done and why it was done

The car is 16 years old and the eninge blew out.7 days later the engine was replaced along with a rebuilt engine and parts needed from the dealer and the car is perfect.Big O is more than tires!

The guys are awesome. My Lincoln Navigator had an explosive sound come from the engine. The Navigator systems started shutting the car down. Smart car but scary maintenance costs. I thought of the Big O guys because everything they had done for me on tires, alignments, oil changes etc has been great. The don't really advertise engine work. I wondered if this issue was within their abilities to help. Long story short. It sure was within their ability. They did the engine work and it really runs like new. I took a chance on their ability and hit jackpot. I know that the work done was priced less than 50% of a dealer and in this case the "low cost" repair places. There is a lot of value in the trust level you have with a place Over many transactions, the guys at Big O have earned mine. I was confident that if it was something they could not do with assurance, they would tell me and refer me. That alone was why that Navigator was towed to them first. It just feels great to get great service at a great value. That's the bottom line. Kudos to those guys.

I brought my car in for tires and was treated in a friendly and professional way. The staff did a great job for a very good price. My car drives like new again, better than ithas in years. (Last time I had tires put on, at a different place, I was disappointed in the ride and the 70,000-mile tires wore out after 35,000 miles.)

Jon is an excellent service writer and your technical team did an amazing job repairing my truck. Only thing missed was a swap of the spare. No big deal, will be back for strut replacement.

Stopped in to get a replacement battery. The team was great as always and were able to locate my warranty information which saved me a bunch on the new battery! Been going here for years. Dedicated counter team and great techs!
