I have been going to this Big-O-Tire for a few years now. They have always been nothing but courteous, knowledgeable, informative and quick. I usually sit and wait and I have never waited longer than 1 hour for multiple things being done to the car. I appreciate the great service and will continue to go there.

I am a repeat customer at this location. I have always had excellent service at this location whether it was a tire purchase, needing tire pressure checked/airing up tires or tire repairs. They always accommodate me with a can do attitude and courteous… excellent customer service.

I have use this store/location through out the time when first opened and through different owners. I called the store and ask if they would match the price of my intended service (by a dealer) and they agreed. Not only did they do the service as ordered but something additional, they cleaned the windows and put tire dressing on all four. A first time experience for me.

I’ve had multiple vehicles get tires put on at this location. All the employees are helpful and most importantly, honest. They don’t charge me for things I didn’t want and give me exact pricing on everything before doing any services. That goes along way with me.

Always get great service. Love the flex hours to get the service done.

Brought car in around 9:30am, had a problem with the battery. Got a call at 11:00am that a cell was bad and I needed to have it replaced. Gave me a price and I accepted. Car was done at 1:40pm. As usual, great service!!
