Big O Tires

We dropped off our car after hours as we had it towed there. We brought it in because of past great experience. John and his crew do an awesome job there, we take all our vehicles here as well as refer others looking for big or little jobs! It's like going to my small town mechanic (used to be my dad till I moved) so I appreciate the great service and care we receive!

Jon was very friendly and took care of my tire repair. He kept me informed and worked with me to locate my missing wheel lock key.

First time customer. I live in the area and always notice how busy this place is and now I know why. Quality and great customer service are an unbeatable combination and this place has both. I was given a complimentary ride home and back again. Patrick was outstanding. I highly recommend this business.

I have had excellent service in the past and they went way beyond my expectations this time. I went in for an oil change and mentioned I saw oil dripping down the oil filter. When I paid using a coupon he said the leak was fixed with a replacement washer. The bill was thoroughly explained to me because I didn't understand one of the charges and I wasn't charged for the washer. When I got home I realized they had also rotated my tires for me. I wasn't charged for this but think this is really good of them to take care of me like this. I'll be back when I need tires and service.

Eddie was great to work with. I called with a repair concern and he had us bring in the car and got it done same day. Thanks Eddie!

They took care of what I needed and so far all's good.

Personnel are excellent and informative regarding WHAT may be the problem with your automobile. They make recommendations regarding WHAT maybe the more serious issue with your automobile and help arrange financing if you’re engaged with a budget issue. They Order Parts if needed, tell you when they should be delivered to their location, and schedule your appointment. This facility is VERY Clean and they provide Bottled water, Coffee or variety of Hot Tea. If you decide to stay while the car is being serviced, they have USB ports to recharge your cellular phone or plug-in your laptop. This is a Great Positive Experience.

My sister was visiting from southern AZ and experienced some car trouble on during her trip. I called my local Big-O and Eddie took the time on short notice to check out her vehicle.No problem was found, but the prompt service and advice offered was much appreciated. The service was above and beyond what you see from typical shops.
