They are right to the point and never try to sale me anything that is not needed. However they do make me aware of items that could be done during the service appointment that is related to the repairs that I'm having done, as opposed to finding out that I need it done and needing to bring the vehicle back in at a later time. The service is much faster than the competitors, and everything works when I receive my vehicle back. Other competitors act like I,m a hindrance, where Big O Tire is always glade to help.
