I have been bringing our 3 cars here for service for about 3 years now. friendly techs and they take time to explain services needed st a fair price.

The employees were courteous, and very confident, instilling my faith in them. Then an extra shine on my tires! Luis is the Amigo!!

Each time we visit Big O on Desert Foothills Parkway, we are treated with professionalism and honesty. We don't feel it is a money making scheme and that all issues are relayed without pressure, but with honesty on the urgency of the repair.

Easy to schedule the appointment on the same day of service. I waited for my car and the service was performed quicker than I was told.

Came in with a bit of a "special issue" appeared a rodent ate and chewed on a number of wires under in the engine compartment while my car was parked at the airport. Two other locations said the "ONLY" way they would attempt a repair was to re-wire the entire engine bay with estimates over $2000.00. This team diagnosed all issues and made repairs quickly for 25% the cost of other estimates. I have been a loyal customer for at least 10 years always feel I get a straight answer fair pricing, Michael is a great guy to work with but the whole team is fantastic too .... highly recommend.

Very easy to deal with and friendly staff

Felt like I was treated fairly and given various prices, but not pressured to pay the most. Needed 4 new tires, brakes serviced, oil change and a tail light fixed (electrical). I went in knowing what I needed and they didn't find a bunch of other things wrong (which is an experience I've had at other shops).

During the regular visit (oil, tires, etc.) an issue was identified with the brakes and shocks. This was well communicated. On request the team identified the parts and availability for the next day.
