Big O Tires

We came in to test a car battery an hour before close. After confirming it was almost dead we placed an order for a new battery. The service tech offered to install if it would still arrive before close otherwise it would give handled the next day. We dropped the car off the next morning and it was available for us before lunch time. Great service!

It's comforting to see the same staff and feel I can trust what they recommend based on previous visits. The staff is professional, patient, knowledgeable, and friendly. The location is convenient and service is always excellent. The store is always clean.

i had a foreign object in the rear passenger time on my wife's car. I dropped the car off and for a plug and it was fixed - no issues. I buy aLL my tires at the Desert Foothills Big-O.

It was nice that they let me bring my car in the day before Thanksgiving even tho they were booked. And they finished the work at end of day so I would have to leave it there over the holiday.

I always deal with Michael at the Desert Foothills location. He is very nice and knowledgeable. I have several family members who now use Big O because of the personalized service Michael provides us.

When I got home the taillight that they replaced was burned out. I went back and Harry took care of it right away. No questions asked. He knew I'd had just been there and saw another tech replace the bulb.

The people are always friendly and clear in their communications. They tell you what your options are and give you an accurate estimate of what the repair will cost. But they don't pressure you; they let you make an informed decision yourself.

I didn't catch the persons name that helped me. He was very friendly and knowledgeable. He let me know the status of the work being done and the timetable of finishing. I would recommend this store.

I worked with Patrick during my visit. He was very professional and I had a great service experience. My car was done well before I expected it and I was surprised to find my tires were shined when I picked it up. Patrick also entered a coupon in for my services without me asking. There was a recommendation for an additional service, but no pressure sales, which I appreciated. I told him I had to check my records and we'd do it next time if I find it hadn't been done by the dealer. I will be taking my wife's car there when she needs it serviced and I will also be taking mine back.

The man who helped me was very professional and kind. He even bothered to take a photo of the bottom of my car, upload it to his computer, and show me a minor leak I had occurring under my vehicle. He went the extra step and I appreciate it.
