Over my last three visits, actually, the Big O Team was spectacular. They found legitimate issues that my car dealer had (inexcusably) missed, and they fixed it all, beautifully, without gouging me. John is the best. I completely trust him with all of our vehicles. He is always fair with his pricing and honest about what needs to be done. The other members of the staff are very nice and welcoming.

After booking an appointment online, the service was handled professionally and efficiently. The front desk service manager was friendly and asked a lot of questions about the car. When the service was completed, I received a phone call from the service manager notifying me of completion. I also received a text to my phone. The mechanics pointed out several potential problems to be repaired, but there was no pressure to have them done immediately. I was shown pictures of the problems from their system. I received a quote for those services. I was pleasantly surprised to see that the techs applied a tire spray sealer to make the tires look better after rotation. My only suggestion would be to place a sticker on the window for the next oil change date. I did receive a $10 off as they had a sale. I had a coupon for an oil change for $16.98, but my car required synthetic oil which was way more expense. My total which included the inspection, tire rotation, and oil change for my Mazda CX-5 was around $58.

The gentleman at the front desk was very helpful and assured me that my oil change would be done within a couple of hours and it was! Big O Tires of Ahwatukee is the BEST! I've been coming here for years and have always been happy with the service. Thank you and Merry Christmas!
