After booking an appointment online, the service was handled professionally and efficiently. The front desk service manager was friendly and asked a lot of questions about the car. When the service was completed, I received a phone call from the service manager notifying me of completion. I also received a text to my phone. The mechanics pointed out several potential problems to be repaired, but there was no pressure to have them done immediately. I was shown pictures of the problems from their system. I received a quote for those services. I was pleasantly surprised to see that the techs applied a tire spray sealer to make the tires look better after rotation. My only suggestion would be to place a sticker on the window for the next oil change date. I did receive a $10 off as they had a sale. I had a coupon for an oil change for $16.98, but my car required synthetic oil which was way more expense. My total which included the inspection, tire rotation, and oil change for my Mazda CX-5 was around $58.
