Great service and fast service.

I've been going to this particular Big O Tire location for years. Became very acquainted with the sales, and some of service personnel. My BFF Asst. Manager Jon Sajdak, is someone I trust with my vehicles.

I was just in for a quick oil change and for them to check my brakes. I had to leave my car for a while but they were upfront about it. Also explained what was going on with my brakes.

The staff, Patrick and Michael, were very pleasant, patient and informative and good with feedback.

Convenience is still a big deal. As in my past experiences with this location, the guys know their stuff and are great to work with. My experience could not have been better.

Had to have the AC duct work fixed on our 2004 Nissan Beast (armada), and the team came thru again, Blowing cold out the AC ducts with cooler temperatures due to the AC tuneup, Thank you!

I ran over a large piece of metal that made the tire unfixable. I have the warranty on the tires and there was no questions asked. They gave me a new tire.

I was not there to assist my son who had a flat tire and I asked about a any specials or a buy 3 get one free deal. The Service Rep did tell me they have a buy 3 get one free deal that starts next week but they would honor the deal which exudes flexibility of service excellence.

You guys are simply The Best! Most friendly, customer oriented, professional team! I know i'm always going to be well taken care of when I deal with Big O Tires.

I had a flat tire and brought the tire to the store. They greeted me warmly, took the tire, fixed it and gave it back to me free of charge. Later, I came back saying that my dash light still indicated that my tires were off somehow. They checked the air pressure in all the tires, reset the computer light and I was on my way. I thanked them profusely and said that even though I am from out of state, I will probably be needing an oil change prior to my trip home. I will go back to this store.

I paid $38.00 to patch a tire and nobody ever gave me an estimate. This seems a bit excessive to me for a 20 minute job. But, then again I have not had a flat tire in some time, so perhaps I out of the loop. Still an estimate would have been nice as a standard part of doing business. Bad on me for not asking, I guess.

I needed a specific Battery. When I called in the Mgr stated they had one and since I couldn’t turn my car off because of the Battery issue, I drove right over. When I shut the car off naturally it wouldn’t start until the NEW Battery was installed. Here is WHY I love ❤️ Big O Service: When they put the NEW Battery into the car (Oh, the 2 Contacts for the Battery was on the SIDE Not On Top like most) they found that the New one was DEAD as well. The Mgr immediately called an outside source to Deliver a Replacement one and within 30 minutes the replacement battery was delivered. I was very happy even though the battery cost over $200

Your guys do a great job and always treat me fair. I spend over $5,000 per year on my six vehicles and I haven't taken them anywhere but the Warner store for the last 15 years

The work is always done well, done quickly and the price is reasonable. That's a good value.
