Big O Tires

Great place to get your car worked on. Been going to Big O for a long time.

My problem was solved in a timely and very professional manner. Everyone at Big O was very cordial.

First, I'm very particular, borderline compulsive, about my cars. We get our service done at the dealer every 5k miles whether they need it or not. We get our tires/tire service only at this Big O. We've been coming here since we move here 24 years ago. Our experience within the last two years: 4 Goodyear tires on our Mustang, 4 Michelin tires on our Lexus, 2 Michelin tires on our Edge. Flat repair on the Edge (the old tire), and flat repair on our Explorer (original tires). A few years ago our folks were visiting from another state and their car died. Big O was able to repair their 1986 Lincoln Town Car and get them back on their way. All of our experiences have been the same. Quick, professional, fair price, excellent warranties. Overall: exceeds expectations. Are they perfect? No. We had to try a couple of times to find a leak in one of the new Goodyear tires. But they found it. Perfect? No. The only place we'll buy tires/have our tires serviced? YES.

Service and attention to detail was outstanding. Jon and his crew were commendable.

Luis was an excellent technician. Communicative , friendly and just a nice gentleman. The front desk (Kelly?) was very nice and explained all the options.

As always, I had a great experience at Big O. The staff is always friendly and helpful. I received a text message when my vehicle was ready and when I picked it up, the tires had been Armor All-ed. Keep up the great work!

The staff always make me feel welcome. They remember my name. They provide a competitive price for services and offer me discounts for services based on coupons that they provide. For these reasons, I use BIg O Tires for all of my routine service.

4 new tires and an oil change. I believe I got a good price, good product, and good service. I enjoy relying on this store to do a good job and keep an eye out for the best service for my car and my pocketbook.

Patrick was very patient and nice. Was able to give me a tire quote at my oil change visit. Quote was higher than others, so I left the store without committing to tires. Within an hour or so I received a call back to let me know they were able to adjust pricing a little after some further research. I ended up choosing Big O for multiple reasons: proximity to my home, prior experiences with service and stafff, and the fact that even after I left the store, Patrick continued to work on pricing
