I came on on a Sunday morning. John was manning the desk. He checked me in quickly, I like that he greeted me by name. Good follow up on work needed(front brakes), and completed in a timely fashion. It seemed especially busy and he was the only service rider I saw. He deserves recognition for holding the fort down admirably. thank you
