Battery had to be ordered/delivered. It arrived and eorj completed within the estimated time.

I had a nail in my tire and it was fixed free of charge in a few hours or less.

I have been bringing my vehicles to the Big O store on Desert Foothills Pkwy for years. Always great customer service and work that I can trust.

My daughter has her car towed to have her tire replaced. The associates worked very well with my daughter and her father getting her car back to her. Both of them had to drive from Tucson to Phoenix to pickup her car. Also I am currently residing in Ohio, and the associates helped me out tremendously in making everything so easy for me to make the payment for my daughter's tire.

Kudos to Jon and other staff for a pleasant first visit to Big O Tires, on Desert Foothills in Ahwatukee! I will be back!

Been going there for 15 years will all my cars and i have 6 of them. The employees are awesome and i have alway been taken care of fairly.

The job "monsoon special" was advertised at $49.00. We were told we needed synthetic oil and there would be a slight increase in the price. I do not see how six quarts of synthetic oil could be a seventy five dollar uncharge just for the oil. Bringing the $49.00 charge up to $126.00. The uncharge for the oil alone was more than all the other parts and labor combined!

I had a dead battery, so after getting it jumped, drove directly to Big O to get a new battery. The customer service was excellent.... thorough and quick. They had the battery I needed in stock and I was on my way in a very short period of time!

I love the staff at Big O Tires. They are very professional and experienced/knowledgable. I always receive great service and my vehicle is ready ontime! I take my vehicles to Big O for all their maintenance and have never been disappointed.

My "Go To"� location for all auto repairs I elect not to do myself, Good mechanics that can troubleshoot the difficult problems. Friendly courteous fair price what more to ask for?
