Big O Tires

I have been going to Big O since they opened near me years ago. I get e mail coupons from competitors all the time and Big O always matches their prices. Great service and nice people plus matching anyone's prices is hard to beat.

Dropping off and picking up was easy however the part I bought malfunctioned but was covered by a warranty which I am grateful for

Appreciated the service and follow-up with BMW to get taillight problem resolved. Everyone always eager to help.

I've been dealing with this Big O location for a number of years and have always been totally satisfied with the guys who work there and how well they take care of me and my vehicles that i bring in for service.

Friendly service. Willingness to take my car in without an appointment. Clear communication and a good alternative offered when the tires I asked for turned out not to be in stock. Phone call to tell me my car was out of alignment and should be aligned to get the proper value from the tires.
