I was kept informed . Once the problem was diagnosed and it was going to be several more hours, one of the men brought me home, which was appreciated. He came back and picked me up when it was ready.

Discovered 1 of my tires was losing pressure. Knowing I had to go to work at the hospital early the next morning, I was in a panic. Thankfully, within 2 hours, the people at Big O Tires were able to repair the flat (a nail!) and did not charge me! I was and still can to "report for duty" now! Thank you so much!
