I was pleasantly surprised you offered the cleaning I needed to reveal where I have an oil leak. Once completed, it was obvious where the problem is and was given a quote and explanation when I picked it up.

My tire pressure sensor lit up red. Hadn't been to the Big O in a while. Michael got my car in quickly. Turned out it was a nail in my rear tire. Big O was able to fix the tire. Was shocked when Michael said I owed nothing as they do flat repairs no charge. Crazy being so hot. Felt very fortunate to have this problem close to home (and close to Big O). Thanks so much for getting me back on the road!
