We called in around 2pm needing new tires and by 5:30pm, the big o service team had my car ready to go with 4 new tires!!!

I was very happy because the mechanic discovered why my Subaru forester 2006 was shaking and gave me a fair quote on replacing my engine mounts that were worn out. They also changed my oil and the service was very efficient. I received excellent service from Patrick Roth.

I needed my car fixed in time for school the next day and they got my tires fixed within the hour and was able to take my car home just in time for school . They answered all my questions and were super helpful.

Professional and courteous.

When my vehicle qas complete, the gentleman locked my keys in my car. So I had to wait an additional hour amd a half for him to get someone to unlock it. Granted he took full ownership and communicated with me during the whole process and also offered me a discount. Things happen but definitely a learning opportunity for you folks

What I love most about Big O is their honesty and quality of work. I've been taking my cars to both Ahwatukee locations for many years and have never felt that I was being treated unfairly or being taken advantage of. If nothing is wrong with the car, they tell me nothing is wrong with it. If something needs fixing, they tell me what is needed to fix it. No exaggerating issues or trying to sell me on doing unnecessary work, and that's what I love most about them and why Ill keep coming back. THANK YOU!
