All the Big O employees are very friendly, knowledgable and helpful.

Arrived and they took my information and serviced the vehicle within three hours. This store is always busy. Got a call back that my vehicle was ready and they even gave me a $10.00 discount for the service. Appreciate the good service. Keep it up as I always have a choice.
