Great service!: This is the second time I found myself with a nail in my tire.Both times Big-O took care of it and at no charge.This time around I had them change my oil and they did a very thorough inspection of everything.At almost 150K miles, they said everything was great and didn't attempt to sell services I didn't need.Very happy with that and the customer service was also great.Their systems were down but they just did it all manually and without frustration.Appreciated!

I came in not knowing much about exactly what was going on as I had gotten tired put on my truck from a different shop and they were shaking. The guy explained in detail that they might not be balanced correctly and he would be glad to have them take a look at it. I was nervous going in as I am out here in college and usually have my dad help me with this type of stuff!
