Marcella was exceptional in customer service. She went above and beyond to assist me with service for my vehicle. She was patient, friendly and informative. I really appreciated her help! And the team in the back that did the work, I appreciate them doing a good job since I am driving along on a long trip and want to feel safe and the car is reliable. The guys at Big O are ALWAYS very friendly, knowledgable and helpful anytime i've had to bring in either of my 2 vehicles. This most recent time, they gave me a ride home so i wouldn't have to wait several hours for the repairs to be done and then, they came and picked me up at home and brought me to the shop so I could pick up my car. Just a great bunch of guys to work with.

I don't mind driving 30 miles round trip to a business that I can trust. Even though I am a woman I am listened to and my concerns are addressed professionally. Some places I have been I get the impression that I am not listened to because I am a woman. I appreciate the professionalism.

Tires delivered in the afternoon and fitted within 2 hours. Big improvement on last visit where I scheduled an appointment but had to wait many hours.

Big O is our "go to"� for service on all four of our vehicles. Michael is always helpful, often times, going out of his way to find solutions and options for whatever service problem we take to him. Highly recommend!

Great service. FYI - I really dont care but another customer mentioned to me that the guys who work in back are very loud. They use a lot of profanities which can be heard on the north side of building along with parking lot by restaurant. When I picked up my vehicle it was parked by Walgreens. As I walked to it I could hear what was told to me. I'll be honest, it's a bit unprofessional and takes away from the great work and service that everyone else did.

Had a problem with my TPMS warning system It was diagnosed and new monitor installed on the spot in half an hour.

The manager was very kind and professional. I had mentioned I had went to a previous big o in Laveen location and it’s new but the service was okay and I never got any flyers or information from them to return to their location. I even called them recently and still no response from that location. So I decided to go to the foothill location and the service is on point. I also get my air in tires and the service guys are very kind and helpful.

I use Big O exclusively for all of my business and personal vehicles. I can tell you that a big reason for this is Mike, your Manager, and his awesome team. Great customer service! As long as that team is in place with Mike at the helm, I'll be back.

The scheduling was excellent. I called to make an appointment and was told that I was good to bring in the car. The brake job took less time than I expected. The price was reasonable. I've been a client at this location since it opened.
