Great service and helpful staff. I definitely recommend!

My truck service is always done correctly. All the technicians mechanic are knowledgeable. Michael Casarez informs me of what issues are found and results of testing my truck. This is my neighborhood Auto shop and glad I have had no issues.

It's never fun to pay for auto repairs, but Big O Tires went above and beyond to make it easier. They looked for savings opportunities for the work being done and I felt they were being honest about the work that my truck needed. When additional issues were discovered, I was called immediately and explained the issue and cost. I'll always take my vehicles to Big O!!

Micha took time to explain my car’s problem (faulty alternator) and broke down all the pricing including labor. He helped me make a decision to move forward with the fix without pressure to fix it immediately. He was clear and helpful. I was given a little discount, as well. My car is now running great!

The store was very busy but still agreed to take my car and determine what was causing the slow leak in the tire. They stayed until an hour after closing to finish the car.

I have been a customer of Big O for some time now. I have always found the staff very courteous and helpful...some actually going above and beyond. I was most impressed yesterday when I arrived for my 9 o'clock appointment and it was so busy there I couldn't even find a place to park my car! Figured I'd be there forever......particularly as I was there for wheel alignment, balance, and tire rotation.........Pleasantly surprised when my appointment time was honored.........and there was no charge for this service! Thank you Big O! Keep up the great work!

All team members were helpful, professional and respectful. They provided good feedback regarding further work that needed to be done on my vehicle that I was not aware of prior to dropping my car off and provided quotes for the required work. Overall a good experience.

I got an oil change in a timely manner at a good price. The problem is I live in Florida. But my daughter uses your shop regularly.

We took two cars for service this time. One needed an oil change and new tires Michael was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. He recommended the right tires for my car at an affordable price. I am satisfied with the ride. The other car needed front control arms and Jon did a great job in helping me understand the problem (they even had pictures for me to see!) and gave me the best deal possible. The work was excellent and got done on time. The guys are always helpful and care about their clients. Much thanks to Michael and Jon.
