When I look at a vendor, I look for how they respond in a pinch. Things happen from time to time, there's no avoiding it. When it does, the best you can ask for is to have it made right. Not only did they make things right, but did it with a cheerful heart. THAT earns my business! Thank you for your attention to detail.

My tire pressure light was on and I noticed the sound of air leaking as I was filling up the tire. I feared the worst and drove to Big O tires. They took me in right away and found that I had a nail in the tire but were able to repair and get me on my way quickly at very low expense.
