I've been to this location several times and the experience has always been good. You've trained your customer service very well!

Friendly service, no pressure to upsell and car was ready sooner than initially expected.

Assistant Manager Jon Sajdak was very helpful, knowledgeable, & appreciative.

They had the tire I had recently got changed from a different location a couple weeks back when I needed 1 tire changed. So instead of having 2 different brands on I have all the same brand of tire. They look in great shape and have tire shine on them for a nice touch.

I called the store and asked if they could service my car, they said sure, bring it in. I brought the car in and they said it would take about two hours. I. came back in two hours and the car was finished and waiting for me. I'm very satisfied.

Had 2 cars in for maintenance service this past week, and an unexpected flat tire this morning. Both cars done very quickly, services explained very well. Took the tire in, 15 minutes later it's fixed, no charge!

The service is always good. I've been coming to this location since it opened and am on my 5th vehicle that i have had serviced here. Staff is always pleasant, and "No Surprises" when arriving to the pay the bill. Everything has always been disclosed, recommendation on service is appreciated.

The team were phenomenal and went above and beyond going to the dealership to get a lug nut key and ordering a replacement for our missing one. We are highly impressed at the genuine heartfelt service!

Efficient

Stopped at big o tires due to being the closest location after a tire emergency and needing to replace the tire. Staff were kind and provide great customer service during a stressful time. No up sell and clear communication on price, stock and availability, and when car would be ready. Previous customer of discount tires and I will be switching to Big O tires for future services.
