Made an appointment, confirmed the special that was being offered. Checked in on appointment date, confirmed the service i needed, communicated what was done and discussed what needs to be done in the future and completed service and payment

The repair was cared for very fast & the person who I worked with was very knowledgible.

Both Jason and Collin were attentive to my need for the correct tires and also friendly. It’s always a pleasure to work with those fellas

I needed a new headlight. Initially I was asked if I could leave my car and come back. O told the employee I had to wait. What I thought was going to be a 1/2 a day wait turned into only 1 hour of my time

My 03 Malibu was in to as about new hoses. I had an emergency trip to make . They told me hoses were good to go. They could have done what others did and changed hoses anyway to make $, when I return I will get the hoses replaced. Saved money for the trip . Now I am about to return and Big O is my repair place!
