Big O Tires

Awesome as always

We purchased the tires on my vehicle at Big O in the past and knew it was time to replace them and we were on vacation, so we stopped by to get a quote and schedule, but our visit resulted in the tires being available and we were able to get the tires and alignment done on the same day. Thank you so much to our associate Matt Clouse that helped us on our visit from beginning to end!

I came in to get a tire repair but the location of the puncture was pretty close to the sidewall of the tire and I figured it may not be able to be repaired. I showed the service manager the location and he wasn't sure but said I could leave it an see what they can do. Unfortunately once they got the tire off they realized it was a 3" long wheel wait that my wife had run over and it was too big of a hole and too close to the sidewall to repair. They did not have the same tire as were on my vehicle bit they did have a set that was equivalent and at a much cheaper price so since there were already 30,000 plus miles on those tires anyway and we have an AWD vehicle I had them give us all new tires and an alignment. Took less than 2 hrs on a Sunday to get done and was very pleased to have my wife's car back on the road.
