I had a dead battery which was fixed in about 30 min....

For all the reasons in the prior questions. This shop is awesome

Jacob also arrange for a ride for me to be pick up after my car was completed I would recommend this Big o Tires to anyone and everyone to come an experience the great customer service

I was able to get a tire fixed immediately. The time it took to fix the tire was short and I was able to get on with the rest of my day. Staff was very friendly and helpful!

I have already referred friends and family to big o. I had a fuel issue they told me the part was going have to be ordered from the dealer. Instead of convincing me to get that part and charging me large amount They took it on their own and flushed out the fuel injectors with goal of taking care of the issue. Great job again
