I had a dead battery which was fixed in about 30 min....

Colin was ver professional and knowledgeable. He kept me informed as to what was being done and explained it very well.

I have already referred friends and family to big o. I had a fuel issue they told me the part was going have to be ordered from the dealer. Instead of convincing me to get that part and charging me large amount They took it on their own and flushed out the fuel injectors with goal of taking care of the issue. Great job again
